LANDSCAPING PROCESS

1. Consultation

Typically, we meet at your home to discuss the scope of your project. Our designer will take note of existing site conditions and provide a preliminary budget at this time. Sufficient information is expected to be shared at this point to assist in the decision-making process for all parties.

2. Schedule

We work with you to ensure that your project can be completed in the timeframe that you have set for yourself. An estimate will be drafted with a proposed timeframe for completion, weather permitting.

3. Design

We will create a detailed project design plan which includes plant selections, materials, and the installation methods to be applied. We will analyze any existing zoning laws, regulations, post-occupancy, and permits the project must meet to avoid legal skirmishes with the local authorities.

4. Installation

We help you breathe life into your schematic design. We install the hardscape, which includes the walkways, retaining walls, patios, and other structural elements proposed by the landscape design. If trees and plants are called, or you want a softscape with a blend of texture and color, we make sure you have the right design team and the right design.
