It was a very reasonable and fair cost for removing the landscape paper and rocks and replacing the old rocks with new. This job involved a great deal of hard labor. The job also involved trimming a tree, putting down new dirt and grass seed in a part of my yard and grinding down a tree stump. Chuck provided very valuable consulting on how to get the best value in a late-fall yard rehab, and then provided service as or better than described. This included mulching and leveling in garden and paver areas. Professionally restored grade, converted to underground runoff system, restored edging and added elegant river rock treatment.
